Payment methods and pricing

Starter, Pro and top-up prices are shown in Russian rubles and include applicable taxes. We accept Russian-issued bank cards and payments via the Faster Payments System (SBP); payments are processed by T-Bank (T-Kassa) as our payment service provider — we do not store your card details. You receive an electronic 54-FZ receipt by email for every payment, sent to the address on your account.

Subscription and renewal

Starter (₽990/mo) and Pro (₽1,990/mo) are auto-renewing subscriptions that renew on a cycle from your first payment. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges of the plan price at the start of each cycle until you cancel. Each renewal grants a new credit lot for the period; unused plan credits from the prior period do not carry over.

Welcome credits

On email verification, a new account receives 20,000 welcome credits once, no card required. They are valid for 14 days, usable only on Fast- and Balanced-tier models (not Opus, Fable 5, the *-pro tier, or media models), and are granted at most once per person — re-registering does not generate a new grant.

Credit expiry

Plan credits expire at the end of their period and do not roll over. Top-up credits are purchased separately from your subscription — packs from ₽490 for 50,000 credits up to ₽4,900 for 600,000 credits — remain valid for 12 months from purchase, and are spent only after plan credits are exhausted.

Limits

Each plan enforces published, numeric limits: monthly credits, a rolling 5-hour credit window, a requests-per-minute cap, and a concurrent-stream cap (see the pricing page for current figures). These limits are technically enforced and may cause requests to be rejected once reached.

No "unlimited" promise

The service is not unlimited and we make no promise of unlimited usage at any tier. You purchase a fixed, published number of credits at a fixed price; using more than your plan provides requires a top-up or a higher plan. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific third-party model; see Fallback below.

Fallback

If your selected model is temporarily unavailable, we may route your request to a comparable or cheaper model before any response content is sent to you. Once a response has started, we do not silently switch models mid-response.

Availability

Registration is open — no invite is required. We aim for high availability and provide the service on a best-effort basis; we do not currently guarantee a specific uptime SLA on any tier.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription yourself, at any time, from the billing page in your account — no need to contact support. Cancelling stops auto-renewal immediately; you keep access to your plan and any credits already granted until the end of the period you already paid for (top-up credits remain usable until their normal expiry).

Refunds

To request a refund, email support@ai.sherlife.net with your account and payment date. If you have not used any credits from the paid period within 72 hours of payment, we refund the full amount; if you have used part of it, we refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of purchase, consistent with applicable consumer-protection law. Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the purchase, via T-Bank, and may take several business days to appear. Credits corresponding to a refunded amount are deducted from your balance; abusing the refund process (spending credits and then requesting a refund) may result in those credits being reclaimed and the account being flagged.

Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating the Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment, or suspected fraud, regardless of plan or payment status.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by TBD, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or right that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of: TBD. Disputes are resolved under the applicable law and jurisdiction stated above.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes affecting limits, pricing, or credit expiry are announced in advance, in line with our transparency commitment — not applied silently.
