Acceptable Use Policy

Draft version: 2026-07-05

Beta draft — this document is still being finalized and has not been reviewed by counsel. Do not rely on it as final legal terms.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses AI Hub's web chat or API, on any plan. Violating it can result in warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or a permanent ban at our discretion — see Enforcement below.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the service to:

  1. generate, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — see the dedicated policy below;
  2. generate malware, exploits, or other tools primarily designed to damage or gain unauthorized access to systems;
  3. harass, threaten, or dox any person;
  4. generate content that infringes a third party's intellectual property or impersonates a real person without consent;
  5. circumvent rate limits, credit metering, or account restrictions (including shared/resold API keys without a written agreement with us);
  6. scrape or bulk-extract model outputs to train or benchmark a competing model;
  7. attempt to access another user's account, data, or credits;
  8. use the service for fully automated medical, legal, or financial decisions affecting a person without qualified human review;
  9. violate applicable law, including export-control and sanctions law.

CSAM policy

Zero tolerance. Any account found generating, requesting, or distributing CSAM is permanently banned immediately, without warning, and without refund. Where technically feasible we filter for this content before and after generation; filtering is not a substitute for this policy — intent to violate it is itself a violation. We preserve the minimum account and request metadata needed for a lawful report and cooperate with law enforcement and organizations such as NCMEC or the applicable local authority. [Lawyer: confirm reporting obligations per jurisdiction before publishing.]

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold service, and disclose account information when legally required, without prior notice for serious violations (including CSAM, fraud, and security threats). For lesser violations we aim to warn first where practical. This right applies regardless of plan or payment status.
